ABSTRACT 

“Self Diagnosis System” is a stand-alone expert system for diagnosis of lungs disease. Health assistants in remote areas can use the system to diagnose lungs diseases in the absence of doctors. They do not need to be expert to diagnose common lungs disorders if they know how to use this system.
The project is of immense importance to provide medical care facilities to rural people. The importance is felt because medical experts are not readily available in local hospitals and rural areas. These medical care requirements can be fulfilled to a large extent by the use of expert system.

The project also focus on reducing rush in government hospitals. Our system is capable of detecting upto 10 common lungs disease and give prescription (if required).

5. Can diagnose all members of family at once.
6. Can Add or delete members in a family.
